Self-Pay Rates
If you don't have insurance, prefer not to use it, or your plan isn't in-network:
- Initial Evaluation: $175
- Follow-Up Visits: $100
The annual plan is designed for predictable, all-inclusive care. It includes:
- Initial psychiatric evaluation
- Ongoing follow-up visits throughout the year
- Medication management & refills
- Annual ADHD testing (required for treatment optimization)
- Secure messaging access for clinical questions
- Same-day or next-day priority scheduling
- Follow-up support between visits, when appropriate
Flexible payment options are available, including monthly installments through Affirm and Shop Pay at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your visit: $100 fee
- No-call, no-show: $150 fee
- Life happens — if you reach out as soon as possible, I'm always happy to work with you.
